The same mobile number needs to be provided in the below section. If there is a mismatch, the review will not be completed.

3) Details about the Father / Mother / Spouse name and the address entered here will be uploaded in the bank records.

4) PAN details entered here should match with the bank records.

5) Applicable only to accounts with single holding or a mandate of "Either or Survivor".

6) Address and Periodic Review update is only available for Indian nationals who are residing in India.

If you have more than one product with Standard Chartered Bank, please choose any one to proceed with address verification. After successful authentication, we shall link your Aadhaar number to all other products that you hold with us.

Terms & Conditions:

1) The one-time password (OTP) to complete the eKYC will be sent only on the email address and mobile number registered with Aadhaar/UIDAI.

2) Your registered mobile number provided by you should match with the same recorded with the Bank.

3) Once your residence address change request is confirmed by Standard Chartered bank, the address will be changed for all products that you are currently holding with Standard Chartered.

4) Any of the following conditions will lead to rejection of the residence address change request by Standard Chartered Bank. For such cases, kindly visit the nearest Standard Chartered Bank branch.

4.1)�Accounts not with "single" operation mandate, i.e, operative mandate e.g "Jointly"/"Any two to Operate"..

4.2)�Accounts not in "Operative/ Active" status.

5) Ensure your personal details (Date of Birth, Name) recorded with Standard Chartered Bank matches with your Aadhaar records.

6) Do not share the OTP received from UIDAI or the Bank with anyone.

7) This is an option to carry out Periodic review / residence address change remotely. In case you do not wish to use Aadhaar eKYC, kindly visit the nearest Standard Chartered Bank branch.

8) Notwithstanding the above, in case of any mismatch in details given during the process this request is liable to be rejected by Standard Chartered Bank.
